My story...
Hello everyone (well I hope I will have a few followers) :)
I'd like to say a few words about myself first and explain why I am starting this blog. I am a 27 year old female. I am a student, so most of the time I sit in a class room or at home and study. In 2005, I weighted 118lbs and now I am 157lbs, which is a lot for my height, I am 5'6'... I do not look very fat, but I am being asked if I am expecting very often lately and I DO NOT FIT into ANY of my favorite jeans. I LOVE to eat!!! Before, I was able to loose whatever I gained quickly, but after I turned 25, I only gain and don't loose any weight. I tried a few diets and read a few books by famous trainers, but nothing helps, even if I workout at the same time as I diet. A few days ago I found some website, which had some info about Dukan's Diet book and plan and whatever I read attracted me... So I ordered this book, which is written by Dr. Pierre Dukan and received it today. I read 20 pages so far and I am liking what I read.
I am planning on starting the plan on Tuesday, June 7th 2011. I would like to hear from any of you out there who tried it or heard from their relatives or friends who tried it, ALL about it.

My Dukan Diet Experience
This blog is for people who share my passion - loose weight and keep it that way. I am trying one more diet and giving myself last try to loose weight and maintain it. I'd like for people who read "The Dukan Diet" and tried Dukan Diet Plan or are planning to try it to join me in this journey, share your experience and support each other.
